To Preserve: Addition of fully integrated structural metal beams, reuse of brick from the original 1911 build for the walls and office fireplace, and a rejuve of the original entry door.

To Modernize: Custom cut floor to ceiling window walls and doors, a dropped ceiling featuring a fire suppression system plus embedded lighting, and sound dampening throughout (even the boardroom lights).
