Brick masonry meets structural steel… This build truly illustrates the complexity of project that only Rescom is trusted to deliver. Threefold: Restoring and keeping the existing heritage building intact, introducing underground parking, blending a new state-of-the art low rise office tower.

Details Matter.

Extensive engineering was required to ensure the 100+ year old mansion did not collapse, and once all structural work was complete, the true renovations began. Integrating old with new also necessitated upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, building automation systems and fire suppression systems.

The mod interior of the addition boasts bespoke offices, oversized stone masonry walls, seamless natural millwork, and floor to ceiling windows for a panoramic view of the river valley.
