Due to this CRU’s proximity to a gas station, fire-rated walls were utilized.
Details Matter.
First and foremost, note the custom-made powder-coated aluminum eyebrows, a flair’ish way to host tenant signage. Secondly, unseen, the TPO roof checks the efficiency box. Finally, conscientiously chosen to match, the geometric landscaping and concrete work complete this job.
