Adding two new cabins to The Tekarra Lodge’s offerings. Located where the Athabasca and Miette Rivers meet in a forest filled with Lodgepole Pines, we drew from the beauty of what surrounds and were inspired to use these very same materials.
Details Matter.
The Wood. Everything is pine, from the exterior siding, porch, doors and trim, to the interior, wainscotting and cabinetry.
The Chimney. Colourful river rock takes the stage paying tribute to the nearby waterways.
The Mantel. Makes the statement and repurposed from on site with remnants of the Mountain Pine Beetle (look closely to see the blue stain).
The comfort. Both units are more spacious than the rest boasting: two bedrooms, A/C, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.
