Built to live in place, you’ll find a main floor with owner’s suite, a light-infused walkout, and a full-length mezzanine atop of the garage. All levels enjoy access to the quiet fully integrated elevator.

Details Matter.

The Lighting. Our statement piece? That Bocci blown glass light form. Pendants: pleated, black matte and bronze cream (we love them all). Sconces: bronze crackle porcelain or clean candelabra’esque. Of note, the wall-mounted LED tread lights illuminate the staircase (safety matters).

The Fireplaces. Three warm this home, each with a different mood. From the Dekton slab hearth with stove pipe – to – airy two-sided – to – contemporary linear.

The Wood. Fir slat details and oak rift-cut wall features permeate the home. In addition to the sauna cedar, an epic floating bench anchors the Nordic spa vibe in the lower bath.

The Finishes. Hand plastered accent walls throughout create warm texture, while large format porcelain tiles (charcoal and ivory) add smooth elegance.
